FAQ
-
What is this website?
-
A cozy hub for my space/grad-school life: my research (the “professional” stuff), science communication, outreach, and the resources I wish I had earlier.

-
What are you studying?
-
I’m a Physics & Astronomy PhD student at UT San Antonio (UTSA), working with advisors at the Southwest Research Institute (SwRI).

What do you work on?
-
I work on NASA’s Europa Clipper mission, especially the Europa-UVS and MASPEX instruments. In practice, that means building/using tools to analyze spacecraft data (like ultraviolet spectra) and helping prepare for future observations and calibration work.

What's a NASA Solar System Ambassador, and can I become one?
-
Solar System Ambassadors are volunteers who help share NASA science with the public. If you’re curious, I have a simple breakdown + links on my Outreach page (including how to apply).

Can I invite you to speak at an outreach event?
-
Yes! I love outreach. The easiest way is to email me with: the event date, audience (kids/adults/college), format (talk/Q&A), and your time zone. I also keep a list of topics I can cover on my Outreach page and a form you can fill out with all of the information for your specific event.
